RECORDS MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT II- (ONE POST)
Qualifications
Holder of Form Four or Six Education Examination Certificate with Certificate in Records Management, Archives or equivalent qualifications from a recognized Institution. Computer literacy will be an added advantage.
Duties and responsibilities
- To monitor file movements
- To receive in-coming mail and records it in relevant register.
- To receive and keep official records,
- To open relevant files according to record keeping regulations,
- To trace, locate and retrieve files when needed by officers,
- To perform any other duties as may be assigned the supervisor
Salary Scale – MOWAS 2

- Presentation of forged academic certificates and other information in the CV will necessitate to legal action.

- The attachments shall include one recent passport size photos, certified copies of academic certificates and applicant’s birth certificate.
